The Wawi website and services are provided by Dar Wawi FZC, registered and established under the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and governed by the UAE governing laws (“Wawi”, “Dar Wawi”, “we” “us” or “our”). These terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“you” or “your”) access to and use of the darwawi.com web site (the “Website”) and all services provided by Dar Wawi via the Website including without limitation our Books purchases (collectively, the “Services”).
Dar Wawi provides a variety of interactive books in Arabic dedicated for your child or as a gift to others. Access to the Website, use of the Services, and purchase of the Products is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Dar Wawi Privacy Policy available on the Website.

“United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.

Dar Wawi maintains this Website as a service to the user community that visits the Website subject to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for obtaining any equipment and Internet service necessary to access our Website and for paying any fees for the equipment and service you select. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue this Website or the Services in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice. The Website may also periodically become unavailable due to maintenance or malfunction of computer equipment or for other reasons.
Billing and Payments
The price of the goods is payable in full before delivery. We accept the following credit cards at this time: Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We accept the following currencies ( AED ), however our account will only be receiving / credited with the United Arab Emirates currency “Emirati Dirhams”.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Dar Wawi Terms & Conditions and policies.
We use a third party payment service in lieu of directly processing your credit card information. By submitting your credit card information, you grant Dar Wawi the right to store and process your information with the third party payment service / provider “Telr”, which it may change from time to time; you agree that Dar Wawi will not be responsible for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information. All financial matters regarding your information are subject to the conditions of the third party payment service provider’s terms of service; the current version of which is attached as a link at https://stripe.com/payment-terms/legal. You acknowledge that we may change the third party payment service and move your information to other service providers that encrypt your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any other third parties.
